Premier Dental & Implant Center has been caring for families in Orland Park since 2014. From the beginning, our goal was to build a practice where patients could get everything they need under one roof, from a team of credentialed specialists.
Most dental offices refer out for certain procedures. If you need an implant, you see an oral surgeon. If you need a root canal, you go somewhere else. If your child needs braces, you travel to a third location. We built Premier Dental & Implant Center specifically to avoid that. Our team includes a board-certified periodontist, an orthodontist, an endodontist, and a general dentist working together in the same office, sharing the same patients, and coordinating care.

When I place an implant, Dr. Shammaa has already weighed in on bite alignment. When Dr. Al-Sabek completes a root canal, Dr. Peña is ready to restore it. Your chart does not travel between offices. Neither do you. Everything is documented, discussed, and coordinated by providers who know each other and know you. That kind of continuity is rare, and it is something we have been intentional about from day one.

New patients typically start with a comprehensive exam that includes X-rays, a full periodontal assessment, and a conversation about your history and any concerns you have been sitting on. We are not rushing you through. If something comes up that requires a specialist, that specialist is likely down the hall. We will introduce you, explain what we are seeing, and make sure you understand your options before anything is recommended. There is no pressure, no upsell, and no referral slip that sends you somewhere unfamiliar. Just a clear picture of where your oral health stands and a team that knows how to help.
